General

  • Do I need to register an account before I place an order?

    Registration of an account is not necessary. You can still proceed to place an order without registering an account on the platform.

  • How to register an account on the platform?

    Simply click the ‘Menu’ button at the top of the page, then click ‘Register’, and insert your mobile number to get a verification code to continue with the registration.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    You can find your order under the ‘Order history’ section on our platform. Simply click the ‘Menu’ button at the top of the page upon login, then click the ‘Order history’, and you may check the status of your order.

  • Can I place an order online to be delivered outside of Central Region and Southern Region Malaysia?

    Delivery outside of Central, Southern, and Northern Region Malaysia is not available at the moment. Currently, the delivery area is only applicable to Central, Southern, and Northern Region Malaysia and within 10km distance from our stores.

  • What is the contact number or email address of 99 Bulk Sales customer service?

  • How can I request for an e-invoice for my order?

    You can visit https://99einvoice.com to request the e-invoice for your order.

Orders

  • My order was rescheduled, and I no longer wish my order to be delivered. Can I pick up my order from my nearest store location instead?

    The selected receiving method cannot be amended once the order is placed to prevent any potential misplacement of your items during transit due to subsequent information amendments.

  • Can I add and/or remove item to my order?

    You cannot add and/or remove any item once the order is successfully placed.

  • What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my online order?

    All orders cannot be cancelled upon successful placement. If you wish to reschedule the delivery, you will be charged RM30 to reschedule for a second delivery attempt.

  • Can I amend my delivery address after placing an order?

    Delivery or pick-up address cannot be amended once the order is placed to prevent any potential misplacement of your items during transit due to subsequent information amendments. It is advisable for you to reconfirm the delivery or pick-up address before placing an order.

  • How long is the duration for the refund process?

    All refunds shall be processed within seven (7) working days.

Missing or Damaged items

  • What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?

  • What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

    You may contact or send an email to our customer service, which can be found on this website.

Truck Delivery

  • What is the delivery process?

    For orders that are above RM500.00 and exceed 0.5 meter cube in volume, we will deliver to your selected address. Confirmed orders will be delivered by the next working day within your selected time slot if the order is placed before 1pm. You shall present a valid order code and shall be available during the selected delivery slot to accept the order.

  • What should I do if I am not able to receive my order at the selected delivery time slot?

    You may choose to reschedule the delivery within two (2) days by paying RM30 for a second delivery attempt.

  • What would happen if I fail to receive my order within the selected delivery time slot?

    In the event you remain uncontactable or fail to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time the order arrives at your delivery location, you may choose to reschedule a second delivery attempt. If you fail to accept the order by the second delivery attempt or fail to reschedule the delivery within two (2) days, the system will cancel your order automatically, we will refund to you the amount you paid and a processing fee of RM30 shall be deducted from it.

  • What if my order didn't arrive within the selected delivery time slot?

    If there is an unfortunate event of a delay by our delivery team, you could reschedule or rearrange the delivery. If you wish to cancel the order in this event, we will refund 100% of your payment to you.

Self Pick-Up

  • How to self pick-up at 99 Speedmart store?

    A self pick-up notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick-up. You may self pick-up your order at the specified 99 Speedmart store daily from 6pm to 10pm.

  • What if I forgot to pick-up my order?

    Once the self pick-up notification has been sent to you, you shall pick-up the order within three (3) days. If you fail to pick-up the order within three (3) days, your order will be cancelled automatically and a processing fee of RM30 will be deducted from your refund amount.
